Application timelines
Typical application review takes 2–3 weeks depending on role complexity. Technical roles that require laboratory qualification may take longer due to reference checks and documentation requests.
Interview process
Our process is designed to assess technical competency and cultural fit. Expect a short screening call, one to two technical interviews (phone or video), and a final panel with hiring manager and operations team.
Relocation and remote work
We support flexible arrangements for many roles. Relocation assistance is role-dependent and discussed during offer. Please check each job posting for remote eligibility.
Interview preparation
For technical interviews, expect questions about method validation, chain-of-custody practices, and scenario-based problem solving (e.g., handling a deviating test result across two labs). Prepare a concise example of a project where you ensured data traceability or corrected a process gap.
Relocation & accommodations
